Ms. Mari Dau is Vice President of Knudson Management Co., Inc. Ms. Dau was employed with Knudson Management Company from 1987-to 2011, returning to the company again in 2017. During her six-year absence from Knudson Management, she worked for CB Richard Ellis, overseeing the HUD program for that company.

She currently holds a real estate license in Iowa. Ms. Dau has been involved in acquiring, developing, marketing, and managing units in Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.

Ms. Dau is currently managing properties in Iowa and Nebraska. She has extensive knowledge and experience with rental assistance programs administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Section 8), USDA Rural Development, as well as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit agencies and is currently the 504 Coordinator for all properties, both owned and managed by Knudson Management Company.
