Mr. K. C. Knudson is the Chairman, CEO, and President of Knudson Investment Co., Inc.; Knudson Management Co., Inc.; Knudson General Contractors Corp., and the managing member of Knudson Development Company, LLC, all headquartered in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Mr. Max Prochaska is Vice President at Knudson Companies, where he leads strategic financial analysis for new real estate acquisitions and oversees the financial performance of the firm’s portfolio.
Dora Stuch serves as President of Knudson Management Co., Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience in the property management industry. Her extensive background spans various sectors, including Military Housing, Affordable Housing, Project-Based Section 8, and Section 42 Housing, New Construction and Market Rate Communities.
Mr. Mark D. Lynch, CPA, recently joined the Knudson Companies as the Chief Financial Officer. In addition to having over 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction arena, Mark was a senior manager for a local public accounting firm for 25 years.
Chuck brings over 30 years of experience in the Facilities Maintenance field, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, Boilers, Water Heaters, Electrical systems, and a wide range of other maintenance areas.
Deanne Buffington is a Property Manager for Knudson Management Co., Inc. She has been employed by Knudson Management Company since 2015.
