Robin Pospisil is the Director of Compliance for Knudson Management Co., Inc. Knudson Management Company has employed Ms. Pospisil since 1991 in various capacities. She has over thirty years of affordable housing management and compliance experience.

Ms. Pospisil began her property management career as an on-site resident manager; she was promoted to a regional property manager and is currently the Director of Compliance for Knudson’s affordable housing portfolio.

She was the recipient of the Manager of the Year award in 1994 presented by USDA Rural Development. She currently holds a Real Estate License in the State of Nebraska. Ms. Pospisil works closely with owners, contract administrators, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Section 8), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Agencies, and USDA Rural Development.
