Description: Victory Place is a Veterans housing community designated for veterans (or widowed spouses) who are 18 yrs. of age or older. Housing rental assistance is available to income-eligible applicants. Occupancy for non-veterans is allowed based upon availability. Seniors ages 55 and older are eligible.

Victory Place is conveniently located on the north side of the Grand Island Veterans Center, boasting comfortable living areas in a quiet, affordable community close to shopping and dining. Our spacious apartments include granite countertops, ceiling fans, upgraded light fixtures and window coverings. Other features include a passenger elevator, off-street parking, community rooms with kitchenettes, courtyard and picnic area, on-site maintenance, shared laundry facility on each floor and washer/dryers are provided in our 2-bedroom apartments.
